Busan is a garden city where mountains, rivers, and the sea permeate deep into the fabric of the city.

Three gardens have been created to reflect Busan’s natural environment:

the Geumjeongsan Forest Garden, featuring a Stewartia forest and a rocky stream;

the Nakdong River Meadow Garden, connected with riverside plants along the water’s edge;

and the Wave-Cut Platform Garden, inspired by the coastal erosion landforms of Igidae, complete with a sandy beach.
